St Lukes Dental Launceston is the first dental clinic from Tasmanian not-for-profit health insurer St Lukes, located on the ground floor of its new wellness hub at 93 Cimitiere Street. It's open to every Tasmanian — member or not — with a focus on making quality dental care affordable and accessible. The clinic offers preventative and general dentistry, check-ups, restorative treatments, cosmetic dentistry, emergency appointments during opening hours, treatment of gum disease, extractions, crowns and bridges, mouthguards and children's dentistry. For eligible St Lukes extras members, a range of gap-free preventative services means no out-of-pocket costs. The team includes experienced dentists, an oral health therapist and a dedicated children's dental therapist with more than 30 years in northern Tasmania. The wellness hub has a playground for kids and a cafe to relax in while you visit. Open Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm.
